Yvonne exemplified full service from the moment we spoke. I randomly called her after finding her bio online and at the time I noted she was very busy and may not necessarily have much time to devote to a deal at a relatively low price point. Our experience was quite the opposite as Yvonne was very attentive and always available whenever we had questions.

My wife and I were relocating and weren't able to travel very easily because of covid, so we really needed to rely not only on Yvonne's expertise but also her guidance and feelings on the properties we were seeing because we couldn't be there in person. We absolutely wound up buying the right property for us and my wife and I have said on several occasions how even if we had been here we would've wound up in the same home and we have Yvonne to thank for not only guiding us to the right property but also the perfect neighborhood for us.
